You may need to leave a voice message, please leave  a clear message preferrable from a land line phone as cell phones most escpecially while on speaker phone are quite difficult to hear.  Include your name and number, child's name (spell last name)  and date of birth, topic of concern, and best contact time.  If you believe your child has a serious complaint that requires a same day visit, request an appointment directly with the receptionist.

For questions on ingestion or exposure to chemicals, it's best to contact the Poison Control Center at 1-800-222-1222. These calls are free of charge. The Center is opened 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. For more info, visit our Poison page.

test results

For in office test results such as throat cultures, we will contact you only if results are positive. For off-site testing, we will notify you once we receive the final readings on lab tests or radiology studies. If further discussion is necessary to manage a problem, we will ask you to schedule a follow-up visit.  If you do not hear from us within 7-10 days from the date of testing, please call to ask about the status of your results.
